Requirements
You'll be responsible for -
- Strategizing, implementing and optimizing recruitment processes and closing open positions end to end and within challenging TATs.
- Creating a framework to achieve a hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, stakeholder management, and candidate satisfaction.
- Working efficiently in a cross-functional environment by over-communicating and advising all stakeholders involved - to optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Finding innovative ways to build a niche and steady talent pipeline from technology and product-first companies to hire firestarters and future Proxonauts in tech, product and design and AI/ML, both for full-time and contractual hiring needs
- Delivering quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring projects - in a timely manner, individually, and through others.
- Establishing and publishing critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of recruitment.
- Using these metrics to solve problems and create solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative and qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job.
- Identifying, evaluating and partnering with recruitment agencies to close positions quickly.
- Attending job fairs and industry conferences as a representative of Proximity.
You need -
- 5+ years of experience in the recruitment industry with a heavy focus on technology, product and design.
- The ability to carry out a targeted talent research strategy, map role criteria, define job descriptions, and track, identify and close prospective candidates by using a variety of channels.
- A deep passion for startups, superb verbal and written communicator and a relentless networker with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A thorough understanding of sourcing and hiring product, design and technology leaders that are an excellent fit for Proximity.
- The ability to speak knowledgeably about Proximity and answer any questions potential hires may have.
- To be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- To have extensively hired and built tech, product, and design teams outside India, especially in the USA and Europe regions.
- The ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders via written documentation, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
