We are seeking a talented individual to support our recruiting efforts across the globe. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building and managing candidate pipelines, sourcing top engineering talent, and assisting in various recruitment coordination tasks.
About the Role:
- Sourcing & Talent Engagement: Proactively source engineering and technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and targeted campaigns.
- Recruitment Coordination: Post and manage job requisitions across external platforms, track and monitor candidate progress through background check and initiate onboarding.
- University Relations & Events: Support logistics and planning for university career fairs, co-op, and internship hiring.
- Talent Systems & Reporting: Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Greenhouse ATS, generate standard and ad hoc recruiting reports and dashboards.
Qualifications: Required: 24 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition role preferably in engineering, consulting, or technical services, hands-on experience using sourcing tools, experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, excellent organizational and communication skills.
