We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

- Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans that align with business objectives and ensure timely hiring across functions and geographies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform hiring decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding of high-quality candidates.
- Design and implement efficient recruitment processes that meet business needs and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Requirements
- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
- Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
