  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales, prioritizing repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent our organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and build connections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 10-15 years of experience in event sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Established network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporate entities.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals, demonstrating strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences, with a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
