- Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales, prioritizing repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Represent our organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and build connections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- 10-15 years of experience in event sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field.
- Established network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporate entities.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals, demonstrating strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for live events, culture, and experiences, with a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
