The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take charge of managing multiple clients, driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, and performing outbound reach outs via various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize social media, email, and LinkedIn campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Navigate complex company structures to identify decision-makers and facilitate connections between clients and prospects.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize conversion rates.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
