Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and savvy Email Marketing Specialist for B2B lead generation to join our corporate salary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing and a proven track record of generating leads at scale through this channel.

This role involves managing additional lead-generation channels to help us scale our efforts at Jupiter. We appreciate those who can participate in healthy conflict and are able to commit to every decision as if it were their own.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop data-driven email marketing strategies aligned with quarterly presales targets, segment audiences based on key personas and behaviors, and establish KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs tailored to specific target audiences, conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement, and maintain mobile-responsive, user-friendly email templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Email Automation and Workflow Management: Design automated workflows, including drip campaigns, to nurture leads through the sales funnel, and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their engagement and behaviors.
  • List Management and Database Hygiene: Ensure the accuracy of email lists through regular cleaning and segmentation, utilize CRM tools for efficient database management, and minimize bounce rates by removing inactive or invalid addresses.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in email marketing.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Apollo and CleverTap.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for effective lead data management (e.g., Zoho).
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for modifying email templates.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging email content.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Quick learning ability to adapt to new tools and methods.

The ideal candidate should be an ownership mindset, with a focus on driving results across lead channels. An estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
