Internship Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Growth Specialist Intern who can help us expand our client base through lead generation, sales strategies, and effective communication. This internship offers a unique blend of remote work and on-ground client interactions, providing an opportunity to develop valuable skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with potential clients and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
Closing Deals: Collaborate with regional heads for on-field visits to close sales effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Prepare reports on lead generation, sales closures, and overall business development activities.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Stipend (First Month): ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,00,000 based on performance
* Fixed Stipend (Second & Third Months): ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 based on first month's performance
* Full-Time Opportunity: Demonstrate capability during the 3-month internship to secure a full-time role

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote + field visits)
* Interest in sales, business development, and digital marketing
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Location:

This internship is based in Bangalore, and candidates must be available for field visits within the city for client meetings and sales closures.
