Job Description

As a customer support representative, you will be the face of our company for customers, handling their queries in a timely and accurate manner. Your role will involve proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers, identifying their needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions through coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for customers
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Proactive outbound calling to build customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing solutions
  • Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • Experience in relationship management, customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
