">To drive business growth by establishing strong connections with relevant companies in the defence and allied manufacturing sectors. This role requires a technically sound individual who can effectively communicate product offerings, identify contract-based work opportunities, and bring in revenue aligned with our capabilities.

- Conduct in-depth technical product profiling of existing company products to understand their strengths and weaknesses.">
- Perform product comparison and mapping with competitor products to identify areas of differentiation and market gaps.">
- Identify companies using similar products or components that align with our offerings and explore potential partnership opportunities.">
- Drive market scanning and industry research to find suitable clients, segments, and market opportunities for our products.">
- Connect with procurement, engineering, and BD teams of target companies to explore contract manufacturing or supply partnerships.">
- Build and maintain a sales funnel for contract-based orders and regularly update the pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups.">
- Create and manage a database of clients, leads, interactions, and outcomes to inform future business development strategies.">
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide tailored technical proposals that meet their needs.">
- Provide insights to the technical team based on client feedback and market demands for new product enhancements.">
- Attend relevant exhibitions, events, seminars, and industry forums to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.">
- Develop region-wise business acquisition plans with sales and outreach targets to drive growth and expansion.">
- Prepare pitch materials, product comparisons, capability decks, and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.">
- Ensure regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business.">
Qualification and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.">
- PG Diploma/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferred but not mandatory).">
Relevant Experience:

- 2–5 years in technical sales, market research, or business development in manufacturing, preferably in defence/aerospace/industrial engineering sectors.">
