Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the solar energy market.

This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's customer base.

  • Proposal & Contract Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate technical and financial proposals that meet client requirements.

  • Client Relationship Management

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and post-sales support.

  • Project Coordination

Coordinate project delivery across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Industry Knowledge & Networking

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, representing the company at industry events and conferences as required.
