Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Engage with CXOs via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Consultative Pitching: Develop an in-depth understanding of business needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Concept Presentation: Deliver impactful presentations to secure business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling techno-commercial proposals that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate and finalize contracts for seamless onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Business Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with business leads to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in internships.
  • IT industry exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Immediate availability for an on-site role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
