**Job Title:** Channel Sales Manager

In the given context, this role is responsible for overseeing business delivery under agency travel teams and tie-ups, primarily focusing on growth with profits in channel management - agents.

  • Manage daily activities of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Coach and guide producers to cross-sell and grow the business.
  • Energize individual agents to achieve at least 20% annual growth.
  • Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.
  • Verify the quality of applications.
  • Support/guide producers in policy-related services.
  • Train agents on products, processes, and company USPs.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  1. Achieve overall Gross Written Premium.
  2. Maintain sustainable profitability.
  3. Promote business hygiene.
  4. Recruit and retain agents.
  5. Activate new business opportunities.

Experience
  • 1-2 years in insurance.
  • At least 3-4 years of leadership experience in Retail Sales.
Education
  • Any Graduation.
