Job Title: Regional Growth Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing critical performance metrics in your assigned region.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, and other professionals.
  • Establish a strong ecosystem for successful design experiences that meet internal team and customer needs.
  • Own quality control for design closures, ensuring products and services meet customer expectations.
  • Drive KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the voice of the region and customers, providing continuous feedback to improve our offerings.
