
Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to oversee the growth and development of our business in allocated regions.
This role will involve managing existing partners, acquiring new partners, and negotiating prices to ensure profitability for the company.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to achieve revenue targets and six-month inventory availability.
- Analyze monthly stock forecasts to inform order placement decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability.
- Explore new opportunities with health ministries to secure approvals and NOCs.
- Tender orders with support from the backend team and coordinate delivery with the SCM team.
- Monitor payments and follow up with partners as necessary.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve revenue targets for allocated regions.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify and recommend new product opportunities to drive sales growth.
About You
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharma company.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with commercial unit processes and systems.
