• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and target orientation.
• Familiarity with Gurugram's real estate market trends and property laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
