Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics and 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share. They will lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to drive business growth.
- Lead market and client-set analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to measure business performance.
- Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data and client behavior.
- Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
