  • Conduct internal audits and manage cash handling procedures to mitigate operational risk.">
  • Implement local marketing and promotional activities to enhance the branch's visibility and customer acquisition.">
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.">
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and other regulatory frameworks.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. They will also require 35 years of experience in branch operations, financial services, or banking, preferably in a fintech environment.

A proven track record in sales, team supervision, and customer service is essential. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate strong understanding of loan processing, cash management, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking platforms is also necessary.
