Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by meeting business targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
- Identify and generate new leads through market exploration, referrals, and existing client networks.
- Maintain regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Ensure effective solutions through a structured selling approach.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
- Design and evaluate innovative sales approaches to drive business success.
- Develop and maintain an accurate customer database within designated territories.
- Adhere to data security protocols to safeguard client and company information.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike.
- Proficient in the regional language.
- A minimum of one year's experience in field sales.
