Key Role: Demand Planner

The key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan channel and category level inputs in tandem with supply plans to optimize sales performance.

2. Achieving daily targets for revenue and profitability across all channels.

3. Ensuring the sustenance of return on sale (ROS) for all rebuy styles.

4. Taking action on inputs based on market trends and visibility funnel insights.

5. Working closely with channel partners on a weekly cadence to review actual vs plan along with key account managers.

6. Planning, executing, and optimizing promotions on all channels during events.
