Job Title: Assistant Manager- Growth and Go To Market
We're seeking a strategic, product-oriented professional to lead our multiple projects.
As Assistant Manager – Growth, you will own the end-to-end GTM strategy, drive growth planning, and scale new verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building high-impact, scalable operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.
- Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to align events/webinars with GTM goals.
- Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
