Job Title:

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning human resource practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR input to support organizational success and achievement.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and support a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
  • Talent Management: Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs and develop future leaders.
  • Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure HR practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies to maintain a compliant and risk-free work environment.
  • Change Management: Partner with business teams to implement organizational changes effectively and efficiently, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to implement development programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage data to generate insights and make informed HR decisions related to attrition, productivity, and engagement.
  • Culture & Values: Act as a custodian of company culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or MBA in HR or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
