Job Title: Chief Architectural Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Architectural Strategist to lead our architectural team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural strategies that align with our business objectives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects, particularly in the domain of advanced manufacturing, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects, and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architectural strategies that meet our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership on architectural best practices

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with significant experience in industrial projects. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Technical Requirements:

  • Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
  • Architectural designs and ability to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D
  • Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability-related design concepts/requirements

Education:

  • B.Arch. Degree from recognized university, Registered with COA
