Chief Procurement Strategist

The Chief Procurement Strategist will spearhead procurement and sourcing efforts to drive business growth and efficiency across the organization. This role demands expertise in vendor management, cost optimization, contract negotiations, and procurement planning specific to retail and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance monitoring.
- Establish procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in the real estate industry only.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.
