Job Title: Senior Policy Strategist

The role of a Senior Policy Strategist is to develop and articulate policy positions across telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate policy positions.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Chief Regulatory Officer in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong policy, legal, and regulatory acumen in telecom and digital industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to create compelling arguments in both technical and non-technical language.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Lateral thinker with a problem-solving mindset and intellectual creativity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in policy, research, or a related strategic function, preferably in telecom, digital, or technology-driven sectors.
  • Strong understanding of India's telecom, digital, and data policy landscape; international exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
