Job Summary

A successful Chief Revenue Growth Strategist will drive business expansion and profitability by leading the development and execution of revenue growth strategies.

  • Promote Business Expansion: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase revenue, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Build and manage a team of skilled professionals to execute business objectives and drive results.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure business sustainability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, and customers to drive business growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
