Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance across various properties.
  • Design dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance.
  • Optimize channel distribution to achieve the optimal business mix.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for leadership and owners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
  • Mentor property-level executives to strengthen internal commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep understanding of OTAs, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
