Job Overview

Eldyne seeks a seasoned HR executive to drive organizational change and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.
  • Own HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial backgrounds.
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
  • Able to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
