Eldyne seeks a seasoned HR executive to drive organizational change and people initiatives.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape people processes and play a critical role in the company's transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.
- Own HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required.
- Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial backgrounds.
- Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
- Able to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
- Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
