Overview
This position oversees the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partners with the organization on strategic initiatives.
The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Conduct thorough interviews, make informed hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Performance Management and Feedback
Regularly assess employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing, ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages, and administer employee benefits programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, resulting in improved time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Experience in designing and delivering training programs that enhance manager and employee skills, leading to improved performance and productivity.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and good judgement
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions that impact the organization.
