About the Job

We are seeking a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join our Procurement team as Assistant Manager.

The role involves receiving bill of material from design department and seeking quotations from all vendors. It also requires making a cash flow plan to support the project, preparing comparative quotations and putting up to management for decision. The selected candidate will be responsible for releasing purchase/work orders to vendors with appropriate payment terms and delivery conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Bill of Material from Design Department and seeking quotations from all vendors.
  • Making a cash flow plan to support the project.
  • Preparing comparative quotations and putting up to management for decision.
  • Releasing purchase/work orders to vendors with appropriate payment terms and delivery conditions.
Requirements

Education: Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 7-10 years in Procurement. Skills: Good Negotiations and Analytical skills, Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & Analytics.
