We're seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential information to business leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions that foster a positive and inclusive work environment for our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new hires on their first day, introducing them to our company's culture and policies.
  • Oversee onboardings, including asset and access-related tasks.
  • Conduct background verification processes for all new hires in partnership with vendors.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with new and existing employees to ensure high happiness and productivity levels.
  • Collaborate with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing questions about company policies and culture.
  • Develop and implement engaging online and offline activities to maintain team morale.
  • Create and manage communication related to the Human Capital team, including email templates, policy announcements, and engagement activities.
  • Partner with leaders to draft policies and update our handbook, reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
  • Strategize initiatives to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding procedures.
  • Issue letters and emails as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate team offsites and workations, managing logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute human capital processes from start to finish.
  • Negotiate with vendors to close and maintain end-to-end partnerships.
  • Process salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within timelines.
  • Vet paperwork and contracts related to the position.
About You:

In order to excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Maturity and sensitivity when handling people matters.
  • High energy levels to lead engagement activities.
  • A knack for understanding people.
  • Empathy and rationality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in human capital, people programs, staffing, and/or large-scale human capital roles.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and employee relations case management.
  • Data analysis and trend development skills.
  • Effective problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in numbers, MS Office, and tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works.
  • Prior experience with a remote, global team of over 250 people.
