Driving Business Growth through Data-Driven InsightsA data-driven approach is pivotal in driving business growth and success. To achieve this, we are seeking a seasoned data insights professional to join our analytics division.As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to deliver value to our clients by generating actionable insights. You will work closely with our data analytics and business intelligence vertical to build world-class solutions that conquer business problems and address technical challenges.
  • You will be responsible for utilizing statistical programming skills - SQL, Python - to extract valuable insights from large datasets and big data tools like Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, VertexAI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure etc.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams. They possess strong statistical programming skills, with a solid understanding of multivariate statistics, reliability models, Markov models, stochastic models, classification, regression, clustering, ensemble modeling.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the IT services industry or managed services provider environment.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with service desk metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of data center and network management analytics.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity analytics and reporting.
