Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to assume responsibility for managing our employee health and benefits programs.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with opportunities for remote work.

  • Analyzing client plans to identify areas for improvement and providing tailored recommendations to enhance benefits offerings and control costs.
  • Developing and implementing long-range benefit strategies for clients, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Benchmarking survey data for client plans, summarizing and validating reviewed information.
  • Identifying and understanding negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for employee health and benefits.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and management skills, including experience in leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Domain knowledge and expertise in insurance industry preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in related field, with postgraduate degree or actuarial certification.
