Job Summary:The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner and right hand to the CEO (or executive leadership), helping to drive business priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the executive office runs efficiently. This role is both strategic and tacticalrequiring a high level of discretion, analytical skill, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Strategic Planning

  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping prioritize tasks, meetings, and communications.
  • Manage the CEOs priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Project Management

  • Lead or coordinate key cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO.
  • Track progress on strategic goals and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to projects and provide mitigation strategies.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials.
  • Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the executive office.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve internal processes for more efficient execution of strategy and operations.
  • Organize and run leadership meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Culture & Team Leadership

  • Promote organizational values and contribute to culture-building activities.
  • Provide mentorship or informal leadership within the executive or project teams.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help resolve cross-departmental issues.
