Deputy Warden

1. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain records of residents (students, inmates, staff, etc.).
- Allocate rooms or beds and manage occupancy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the premises.
- Supervise support staff like cleaners, cooks, security, and maintenance workers.

2. **Discipline and Conduct**
- Enforce rules and regulations of the institution.
- Address cases of misconduct or disciplinary issues.
- Counsel residents on acceptable behavior and conflict resolution.
- Act as a liaison between the management and residents.

3. **Safety and Security**
- Ensure the physical security of the facility.
- Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections and headcounts.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services if required.

4. **Health and Well-being**
- Monitor the general health and well-being of residents.
- Ensure timely medical aid in case of illness or emergencies.
- Maintain records of any health-related incidents.

5. **Communication and Coordination**
- Report regularly to higher authorities or management.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians (in case of student hostels).
- Organize meetings with residents to address concerns.

6. **Emergency Response**
- Maintain an evacuation plan and ensure all residents are aware of it.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,695.05 per month
