
Senior Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to drive and manage partnerships with leading e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Management:
- Owning and managing daily operations and business relationships with e-commerce partners.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding, listing, pricing, and catalog accuracy across platforms.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Driving sales targets, monitoring product performance, and identifying growth opportunities across accounts.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to increase product visibility and conversions.
- Promotions & Campaigns:
- Planning and executing platform promotions, festive campaigns, and brand days in collaboration with partner teams.
- Tracking ROI of promotional activities and optimizing for performance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyzing platform performance metrics like fill rate, stock-outs, order cancellations, etc.
- Sharing regular reports and insights to drive business decisions.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaising with supply chain, category, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and stock availability.
- Maintaining strong relationships with platform category managers and vendor support teams.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with at least 1 year of experience managing accounts or categories in e-commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, etc.) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A good understanding of e-commerce dynamics and operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
