
Chief Partnership Growth Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, partnering with innovators and scaling startups. As a high-ownership, execution-first role, you'll work directly on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
- Coordinating between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Tracking progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Assisting in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
In addition, you will support the founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations. You will also build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs, and prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute.
- 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus).
- Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools.
- High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows.
