Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnerships initiatives in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute plans to establish strong relationships with Indian colleges and universities.
  • Negotiate agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
Academic Collaboration:
  • Design academic pathways and credit transfer models with university teams.
  • Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to ensure curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.
Project Management:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely reporting, reviews, and renewal of agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the liaison between leadership, international partners, and Indian institutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with Deans, Registrars, International Office Heads, and Academic Councils of partner institutions.
