- Minimize escalations and foster partnership mindshare.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal processes and policies.
- Generate comprehensive business reports.
- A degree equivalent to a graduate level.
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership management.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Sufficient leadership and supervision skills are not required but beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Skilled influencer with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Competent decision-maker.
