The Role

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Organize data and generate insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 6-12 months experience in B2B sales or sales operations/sales support, preferably in Ed Tech, IT Services, and Hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales, cold calling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
