The Role
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Organize data and generate insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate
- 6-12 months experience in B2B sales or sales operations/sales support, preferably in Ed Tech, IT Services, and Hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of sales, cold calling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
