
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions. This involves building strong relationships, identifying potential partners, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business objectives.
- Determine the alignment of partner business objectives with those of the company and evaluate the associated risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication and clear expectations.
- Negotiate agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify joint opportunities and track progress.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- A graduate/postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical environment; preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Demonstrated ability to generate growth using data-driven approaches.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing market conditions.
- An established network in the banking and NBFC space.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage in technical conversations with partners.
