Strategic Partnership Development Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Development Manager to lead partner ecosystem development for the education sector in India, with a focus on the K-12 segment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with various stakeholders in the education market.
This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of Adobe products in the education market. It requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products from the Adobe ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.
- Identify and engage with potential partners across various industries, including ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
- Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
