Head of Partnerships

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our partner ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector, focusing on the K-12 segment. This high-visibility role involves building, onboarding, and managing partnerships across ISVs, publishers, ICT providers, APS chains, NGOs, education labs, and hardware suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market, identifying key areas of focus and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish relationships with key partners aligned with business goals, negotiating and finalizing impactful partnership agreements that drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless integration and support for partner success.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs to maximize ROI and expand market reach.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums, promoting the brand and establishing thought leadership.
  • Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights, providing actionable data to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred), demonstrating expertise in partnership management and strategic planning.
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management, with 8–10 years' relevant experience in education/tech.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a strong track record of building lasting partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, able to balance long-term vision with short-term deliverables.
