About the Role

As the Marketing Director – Google Ads, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Google Ads strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-impact Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Lead a team of paid media specialists and marketing professionals to execute data-driven campaigns.

Optimize advertising performance through automation, AI-driven bidding, and advanced analytics.

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and industry standards.

Drive innovation and marketing excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

Proven track record in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and GTM.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.

Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, audience targeting, and campaign automation.

Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
