Business Development Opportunity

The role of a Business Development Manager involves driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution. This includes identifying potential clients and decision-makers, developing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets, prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and decision-makers, utilize LinkedIn, CRM tools, networking, cold calling, and industry events to develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide insights to improve product positioning and value propositions.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, report sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes to senior management.
