Global Business Development Manager

About the Job

A key role has become available within our Export division to drive international market expansion for our products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of new international markets for our portfolio.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and successful sales closures through effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular overseas business trips for client meetings, exhibitions, and market research to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor export documentation, compliance, and logistics to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven export experience in similar industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving export sales targets and driving business growth.
Essential Skills
  • Strong international sales acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship building abilities.
  • Proactive, confident, and adept at communication and presentation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively abroad for business purposes.
  • Sound understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, or relevant field.
