Key Role

As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Master Introducing Brokers (MIBs), and other partners in the CFD, forex (FX), and online trading industry.

Job Description:

  • Identify and onboard new IBs and MIBs in target markets.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Maintain strong partnerships and assist in increasing net deposit volumes.
  • Promote CFD trading products and leverage solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support IBs.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay competitive.
  • Represent the company at global and regional events.
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership performance and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the CFD, forex, or brokerage industry.
  • Strong existing network of IBs, MIBs, or affiliates in online trading markets.
  • Deep understanding of MetaTrader platforms and their use in retail and institutional trading.
  • Track record of driving net deposits and growing revenue in a sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
