We are seeking an experienced Channel Head to lead our sourcing vertical and drive sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement a structure for the sourcing organization, including channel managers and activation teams.
- Design channel incentive frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and institutional clients for business development.
- Select, mentor, and lead sourcing managers/executives.
- Foster channel engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
- Report channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue).
- Establish the sourcing team within six months.
- Achieve 50-70% sales contribution from channels (benchmark).
- Develop a robust corporate partnership pipeline.
- Implement a structured channel meet/event calendar.
- MBA/Graduate with a strong sales background.
- 12-15 years of real estate sales experience.
- Minimum five years in channel/sourcing leadership roles at reputable organizations.
- Extensive network across regions.
- Proven track record of scaling channel-driven sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
