Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Florencia Healthcare team, the International Business Developer will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails from key regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research and brand marketing principles.

Account Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for account handling and requirement handling for all content, ensuring seamless delivery to clients. This includes:

  • Maximizing revenues: Delivering the most expected content and cross-selling/upselling to existing accounts.
  • Proposal development: Collaborating with clients to develop proposals/business cases/presentations for research content.
  • Client database management: Creating and updating client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Enhancing reputation: Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharma and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of French is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, brand marketing, or a related field is required.
