As a Sales/Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and leveraging Zyeta's innovative solutions to create compelling pitches for prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales or account management experience in workspace design, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation, a relentless drive to achieve targets, and an analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving are essential qualities for this role.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Hunting for new business opportunities and cultivating strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Engaging with clients to deeply understand their workspace needs and leverage Zyeta's innovative solutions to create a compelling pitch
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
  • Ensuring sales closure to secure deals and ensure a seamless transition from pitch to contract signing
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to accurately forecast sales and empower informed decision-making
  • Championing client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining strong client relationships built on Zyeta's commitment to quality and innovation
