Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization across our expanding portfolio of boutique hotels. As a key member of the team, you will shape and implement revenue strategies that drive performance.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution. You will work closely with the operations, sales, and leadership teams to identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes.

  • Own and execute the revenue management strategy across multiple properties
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
  • Use dynamic pricing tools to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
  • Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs and dynamic pricing tools
